Personal aha moments during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Mid-day Peleton sessions are the best way to reinvigorate yourself and avoid the post-lunch food coma.

  • I’m fortunate to work with a team that when we say, “jump”, they say, “how high?” and have constantly met the demands of adapting to a remote environment.

  • Zoom happy hours are a great way to reunite with friends/family.

  • Quarantine creates a new sense of urgency for things that used to be “I’ll do that later..” items. I’ve learned how to work on the engine of my truck, fix up the yard and become an aficionado of cooking with my smoker.

  • Killing the commute means more time doing the things that you love like spending time with your family.

  • Eating from your own pantry forces you to eat healthy.
